Avoid this hotel.
This was by far the worst hotel room I have ever seen.
The room was extremely dirty. The television was broken and literally held together with adhesive tape. The pillows had visible stains, there was mould on the walls, broken skirting boards, and marks and splashes on the walls. The overall condition of the room was disgusting and completely unacceptable.
I checked out less than one hour after checking in. As soon as I entered the room and saw the state of it, I started looking for another hotel. There was no way I could sleep in such an unhygienic environment.
I genuinely do not understand how Agoda allows this property to be listed. It is an absolute disgrace and should not be offered to travellers in its current condition.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel.

the bed was clean and comfortable and the room was very spacious. We had read mixed reviews but were impressed., it is old fashioned but good quality for the price. The staff were very helpful and polite. A buffet Breakfast was included and there was a good selection. There were lots of places to eat close by and it was close to a metro.

The hotel advertises that its rooms are soundproofed but that’s not true. 7 nights out of 8 nights I stayed in this hotel were extremely noisy.

Place was cheap, but smelled like cigarette smoke even though many signs say no smoking. Breakfast was pretty amazing, traditional Taiwanese rice porridge with all the sides. Good other than the smoke smell was hard to deal with.
