It was fantastic breakfast as well as location. Hotel is located at ideal place where my work center was located at walk distance with. I liked overall service and facilities.

The smell of air freshener at reception and corridors was unpleasant.

The location is good room also good and staff members were good too :)

The room is not as clean as it should be so as the bathrooms and the floor was to dirty too kindly make them clean tha thanking you

-Room was clean and bathroom was large and super clean - Security was good.

-We booked room with twin beds. I needed a separate bed due to back problems but they gave a single bed. I asked them to change room, they said they will change it but after whole day wait they showed us an even worse room who's AC was out of order so we had to stay in single bed room. - Receptionist was courteous but he had no control over the staff, I kept asking him for extra quilt and pillow but they did not give it. I had to go to reception Myself again and again for these items. - There was no remote for AC and they had set AC on 16 temperature which made room very cold so I had to ask for it again and again. - Halls of hotel were very dirty, especially our room was at the end and there was storage next to it which was extremely dirty. - There was alot of dust in the bedsheets and quilts which we had to shake and get out.
