Quite a nice location and lovely sea view. Facilities were clean and relatively modern. Quiet if there is no one else there....:) Nice balcony for the view.
Outside of building is very run down, although the inside is fine. Quite a few stairs and complicated lift procedure to get to the apartment. Bed and sofa/chairs were rather uncomfortable. Construction work in the building while we were there was very noisy. Also soundproofing not the best - you can here people in other parts of the building. It would not be peaceful in the summer.

Дуже гарні видові апартаменти. Все продумано. Вид з балкону неперевершений. Якщо ви хочете відпочити від метушні і насолодитися тишею, то це для вас. Зручно, якщо у вас є авто.
Трішки далекувато від ресторанів, але якщо є машина то немає ніяких проблем.

Πρόκειται για ένα διαμέρισμα σε συγκρότημα πολυκατοικιών. Σαφείς και κατατοπιστικές οι οδηγίες του ιδιοκτήτη για την παραλαβή του κλειδιού από κλειδοθήκη. Πεντακάθαρο, ανακαινισμένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένοδιαμέρισμα με πανέμορφη θέα στον Κορινθιακό κόλπο.
Χωρίς να αποτελεί ευθύνη του ιδιοκτήτη α) η εξωτερική εμφάνιση του όλου συγκροτήματος είναι αξιολύπητη και β) κανένας σεβασμός στις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας τα μεσημέρια λόγω εργασιών ανακαίνισης γειτονικών διαμερισμάτων και θορυβωδών γειτόνων.
