First and for a most, we liked the size of the room and the "fridge for clothes"- the machine for refreshing and ironing. Also the massage chairs in the restaurant area- was a really fabulous.

Our toilet was leaking so badly that the bathroom floor was flooded. We informed the administration and left the room, but when we came back, nothing had changed. Later, when we were preparing to sleep,just before midnight, we received a call suggesting that we change rooms… at midnight! It was also disappointing that in this kind of hotel you have to pay extra for the swimming pool. Another major disadvantage was that the staff did not really speak English. Of course, we managed with translation, but it made communication much more difficult.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and upgraded our room to a suite upon arrival. The breakfast was great. The location was close to the metro station, and central to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!

A very nice hotel, located well in Daegu to explore the city thanks to its nearby subway station. The staff was very friendly, giving us a nice room upgrade upon arrival. Room was spacious, bedding was really comfortable. Breakfast was nice, enough options to start your day along with nice timing until 10 am. The spa on the rooftop was also pretty worth it. A nice way to relax after a long day of walking and exploring.
