First and for a most, we liked the size of the room and the "fridge for clothes"- the machine for refreshing and ironing. Also the massage chairs in the restaurant area- was a really fabulous.

Our toilet was leaking so badly that the bathroom floor was flooded. We informed the administration and left the room, but when we came back, nothing had changed. Later, when we were preparing to sleep,just before midnight, we received a call suggesting that we change rooms… at midnight! It was also disappointing that in this kind of hotel you have to pay extra for the swimming pool. Another major disadvantage was that the staff did not really speak English. Of course, we managed with translation, but it made communication much more difficult.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and upgraded our room to a suite upon arrival. The breakfast was great. The location was close to the metro station, and central to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!
