The location was excellent, 5minutes walk from La place de la comédie. The apartment was recently renovated so everything was new and clean. The decoration was beautiful and it was a bright apartment.

At our arrival the apartment was completely empty. There wasn’t even soap or salt and pepper, so we had to buy everything for a 3 days stay!

Good location very close to trainsation. The appartment was very good equipped with kitchenwares. The appartment is very clean.

I did not received the link to pay the damage deposit on time. I had to call them although I'm a tourist. I could be without any french cellphone number and that will cost me a fortune if I had to call them internationally. After my call I received the link. But due to a lack of code of my credit card I had to enter the link for a second time. I saw that the link is not accessible any more. I called them many times but the agency was already closed. They work only between 09.00- 12.00 h. I sent them many e mails waiting their return in a coffee shop with my luggages. I also called the lady in charge of the appartment from her cellphone but always no answers. Finally the agency sent me another link to pay but it was already 15.00h. I paid it and received the mail of how to get the keys. I went to the address and the keycode was not right to open the keybox. I had to call the lady in charge again many times waiting for her to open her cellphone infront of the appartment at the street! Finally she answered her phone and I understood that ı received a wrong mail!!!
