Space, air conditioning in every room, cleanliness, good location to access all those nice west beaches, perfect communication with the owner.
Creaky beds and door, noisy groups at the square every evening into late hours, slow internet.

House has been just renovated consistently with local Sardinian style (furniture, textiles, ..) and nicely decorated, so it is very charming and welcoming. Public parking is available just in front. There is a private courtyard with table and chairs outside. The antique loom in the room in the ground floor is fascinating.
The house is located next to a church of which bells are kind of brutal (noisy is not enough...!), so you will suddenly wake up on each Sunday morning at 8 sharp. Wi-fi is public and was not working despite thoroughly following all the instructions.
