Posizione centrale e abbastanza comoda da raggiungere. Presenza di un terrazzino con vista e tavolino. Possibilità di usare la lavatrice.
È stato difficile trovare l'ingresso e abbiamo dovuto chiamare per farci spiegare la posizione e come entrare. Il condominio è molto vecchio e rovinato con sacchi di cemento e mattoni ovunque. Dovrebbero essere inserite anche le foto del condominio per evitare spiacevoli sorprese per i turisti con alte aspettative. Il bagno non era del tutto pulito perché era leggermente maleodorante con mobiletto rigonfio per l'umidità. Anche gli asciugamani puzzavano subito dopo il primo utilizzo perché probabilmente lavati senza antibatterico e con della muffa nello slot detersivi della lavatrice. Prezzo troppo elevato per quello che offre.

Очень удобное место расположение! очень комфортная кофейня на первом этаже в которой в субботу и воскресенье вечером играет живая музыка!
К сожалению во дворе идут ремонтные работы!
