Excellent apartment for a stay without a car

This is a great apartment with great views in a picturesque location. It has a kitchen, washer, dryer, iron board etc. So everything you need to be comfortable. The location is great, positioned halfway between Zurich and Lucerne; making it easy to visit both. The customer service team were very responsive and; apartment was cleaned daily.

We reserved and got confirmation for an onsite parking spot; which was one of the main reasons we selected this apartment. However, 2 days before our arrival when we asked about how to access the parking we were told it was no longer available. In my opinion it was quite unprofessional, as had I known this ahead of time, I would have looked at other apartments with parking. We ended up parking in a garage around the corner where we were charged CHF 2.30 per hour (CHF40 for 17.5 hours)…and we were parked for 2 nights. So our parking bill was $260 Australian. Having just come from visiting Germany, Austria and Hungary…this was quite a significant difference in parking costs.

Beautiful flat in perfect condition and perfectly clean. The service was very responsive as well when we made requests.

Booking process was a bit complicated. Tons of emails beforehand that request information. All of this could have been done in 1-2 emails.

wonderful apparmtent

very nice new and modern apartment close the city centre. great views and many facilitates. help desk very attentive and reacting quick when couldn't find the keys

it was quite complicated to get the keys. many emails with instructions however not easy to find the post box. I strongly recommend to mark in bright color e.g . yellow orange etc to get the keys in the right post box. Also the parking spot was not easy to find either. the number was ok although it was saying "le bijou". not price for the drinks. their help desk wad reachable and finally everything went ok

Beautiful View, very very clean apartment as if it was a 5 star hotel. Wooden floor.....underground desinated parking space, cleaning service everyday. GREAT LOCATION.
