Quinta do Oeste

Una casa perfectamente equipada con muchisimo menaje, toallas y todo lo necesario para que solo te preocuparas de disfrutar. Manuela nos recibió con agua fria y algo de comida. Super atenta a cualquier necesidad y dudas que pudieramos tener. Las vistas desde el patio eran increibles, poder ver el atardecer y las otras islas mientras estas descansando en una amahaca es un auténtico privilegio. Y una ubicacion excelente, muy cerca de cualquier parte de la isla, en un pueblo super tranquilo. Nos coincidió con las fiestas grandes a escasos 5 minutos, y aun así pudimos dormir perfectamente. Quinta do Oeste was our last-night stay at Terceira island before heading home. I booked it without expecting anything exceptional, just wanting to stay in the West of the island which we hadn't visited before. It exceeded all our expectations. Manuela - the amazing host - met us to give us the keys, show the house, and tell us a bit about its interesting history. Quinta do Oeste turned out bigger than I had expected, with nice spacious rooms and large living area. It had all the facilities we needed for our last day at Terceira. I admired the work that was put into the house interior: high-quality artworks and artefacts from the days past provided a very genuine vibe to the place and left a lasting impression. Lastly, from the terrace in front of the house we could see a beautiful stretch of the pastures and the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!
