The view !! The pool and the space makes up for a rather steep ascent to get up to the house...you directly feel that this was once the owners own place to live. Thoughtful layout and " extras"( outdoor shower, beautiful garden ,moskito nets)
Ok ...if you are not fit to walk a steep hill and not the perfect " uphill driver not the best location ...also the traffic towards Trogir can be very jam packed ( but that is nothing the Apartment can change)

The Villa was good. Outdoor area great, good swimming pool. Kitchen was nice, bathrooms good. Air con was really only in one room. It wasn't very hot this time, but normal heat in Croatia requires proper Air conditioning in all rooms. BBQ outside really good. Views amazing.
The Villas was lovely but it was at the top of the highest hill I have ever seen!!! A car is essential. The local taxis struggled to get up the hill. There was no way we could walk anywhere for a coffee or to get some bread if we didn't have the car, completely isolated. Small bedroom, not enough wardrobe space in all rooms. Sofa/sofa bed not very comfortable.
