appartamento molto ben fornito di tutto il necessario
mancanza di tende oscuranti (la mattina entra troppa luce) molto rumoroso poiché direttamente sulla strada

Struttura particolare, fronte strada, ma silenziosa. Pulita e centrale.
Le dotazioni della struttura non sono adeguate: pentolame carente (manca padella, forbici) il filtro della cappa è sporchissimo, non c'è un rilevatore di gas e la bombola è dentro alla stanza. Lo stendino dei panni è rotto e la testata del letto è molto malandata. Sui comodini non ci sono abat-jour.
