Casa accogliente, spaziosa e molto pulita. Bella zona giorno con cucina attrezzata con utensili e elettrodomestici. Ci sono ventilatori e aria condizionata, ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno perchè ben ventilata. Bello spazio esterno con buona vista anche sul mare, zona tranquilla. Buona posizione vicina ad alcune belle spiagge e a meno di 10 min. dalla bella cittadina di Karystos.
Kostis e Cristine sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibilii e ci hanno fornito molte informazioni riguardo alle spiagge e ristoranti.
Speriamo di poterci ritornare in futuro.

Logement situé au rez-de-chaussée de la maison des proriétaires qui ne viennent là qu'occasionnellement. Nous avions le jardin pour nous seuls, une jolie terrasse ombragée, et vue sur la mer et le magnifique coucher de soleil. Logement très spacieux (2 chambres), une grande pièce de vie-cuisine, bien aménagé avec de nombreux rangements dans les chambres et la cuisine.
Communication facile avec nos hôtes, de bonnes informations pour les visites et restaurants, et nous sommes repartis avec un pot de confiture de figue maison.
La mise à disposition d'une ou deux pastilles de lessive pour un séjour d'une semaine aurait été appréciée !
Un petit parasol et 2 sièges de plage seraient un plus.

The garden house is a very nice house on a beautiful spot, very close to a sandy beach. The garden has several terraces, so you always find a good place to sit outside, either a sunny or a shaded one.
Kostas is a great host, who provides you with many suggestions for trips, good taverns and so on. He knows a lot about the neighbourhood and the history. We received several home made products from his garden. We liked that very much. We enjoyed our stay at this place and we certainly recommend it!

Brilliant location just five minutes walk from probably one of the nicest beaches in the region. Rural setting so very peaceful. You would need a car for access and to get provisions because property is three miles (five km) from local town of Karystos (joyride.com car rentals will provide a car at Marmari Port for you). Lovely kind hosts.
