Holiday Home Sevid

The hostess was very hospitable at the reception. We even received fresh fruit and cold drinks upon arrival, which is not a given these days. If you have any questions or problems, you can ask her for help at any time.

There is really nothing negative to say. There are just a few minor things that could be repaired in the house (wear and tear items). However, these are not dramatic issues.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Ferienhaus in Sevid verbracht. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns willkommen: Ein früher Check-In war möglich, wir wurden mit gekühlten Getränken begrüßt und der Kühlschrank war bestens gefüllt. Da Sevid im Sommer 2025 noch nicht an die zentrale Wasserversorgung angeschlossen ist, stellten die Vermieter Trinkwasserspender bereit – sehr praktisch. Das Haus war ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen, der eine angenehme Größe zum Schwimmen und Spielen bietet. Im Hochsommer war er etwas frisch, da die Wärmepumpe nicht in Betrieb war, aber an heißen Tagen empfanden wir das als willkommene Abkühlung. Ein Highlight war der private Bereich am Meer. Über einen kurzen Weg bergab (zurück bergauf) gelangt man zu einem kleinen Platz direkt am Wasser. Dort standen vier Liegen mit Sonnenschirm bereit, außerdem führen Stufen bequem ins Meer – ideal zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln oder einfach zum Entspannen. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und reagierten sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes bestens betreut gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft: Von der Begrüßung über kleine Aufmerksamkeiten bis hin zur unkomplizierten Kommunikation war alles perfekt. Insgesamt war es ein erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung, ideal zum Abschalten, Schwimmen und Genießen. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lage ist toll, kurze Gehstrecke zu mehreren Stränden und einem kleinen Supermarkt, sehr ruhige Lage, der Pool ist perfekt mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen

Für uns war alles perfekt

The property was a home from home, we could happily live here and were very sad to leave. It sits on a slim peninsula with stunning views and the clearest sea water I’ve ever seen,- that goes for everywhere we went along the stunning coastlines (there are many due to the amount of islands here). This is also the cleanest country I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many, it really puts the UK to shame. A short walk from the property you can walk to stony beach with your own sunbeds and steps in to the sea. It’s worth pointing out that the property is what I’d call a Villa, it reads as though it’s possibly a shared apartment, it consists of a main living area with a bedroom, bathroom, veranda and kitchenette, then there is another self contained area (apartment if you like) with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and access to the roof terrace with its own sunbeds. The set-up is perfect, our daughter stayed in this section and loved the privacy and having her own space After all this there’s the pool area, gorgeous night and day with 6 sunbeds and a comfortable seating area, the pool is heated to a perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. The owners are a young couple who have thought of absolutely everything you could need, even a cold water drink dispenser. They are the nicest caring people you could hope to meet. We got in to a very tight spot when our hire car broke down, I had no idea who to call, the car hire company wouldn’t help because the extra full cover payment was made to Booking.com and not to them directly (watch out for this). I called the owner of the property and they went so far out of their way to help me, making calls and making journeys and even paying for the repair themselves because i hadn’t any cash with me. We would have missed our flight the next morning had it not been for Biba and Jole, who I should add are in no way intrusive during your stay but are there for you to contact if needed. We won’t ever forget them.

The roads approaching the villa are a little bumpy but this was being addressed while we were there and should be tarmac covered any day soon.
