The place is located next to the main road, and their assinged parking lot isn't on the street where you can enter the building - it can be accessed from the main road instead. The host was nice, she was cleaning when we arrived and we got our keys immediately. It's an acceptable place to stay at for a few days, but nothing too fancy. The center is a 25-minute walk away. The air conditioner is a blessing and the kitchen was well equipped, complete with a large fridge.
We chose to park our car on the street where the entrance was because driving onto the main road from the property's parking lot seemed impossible due to the heavy traffic. The room was nice and clean at first sight, but a few hours later ants started appearing. There is no power outlet in the bathroom, which is a bit odd. Also the shower stall has no door, so after a shower we were swimming in water in the bathroom. It wouldn't have been a problem, but there is no mop in the kitchen, so we needed to use towels to soak up all that water. Also one evening after my partner took a shower, when it was my turn there wasn't any hot water left. The soundproofing isn't excellent either, we could hear every noise from the hallway from people leaving in the morning.

It was close to the railway station.
We weren't told that we would be sharing the kitchen and balcony with other people.
