Quiet and cool, in the Art Nouveau area. Safe as houses. Facilities great. Washing machine and drying apparatus ensured a complete reset half way through holiday.
Practical and well supplied kitchen area. Short walk to old town. Maps and instructions well considered.

The apartment was in a perfect place, nice neighborhood, 15 minutes from the old town. The price is very reasonable for a small group of friends. The place is well equipped and tidy.
The bedroom seemed comfortable but the two couch beds weren’t the best. The self check in worked out fine, but there was a bit of confusion with the inner lockbox.

Location is excellent: café and restaurants was close, 10-15 min. walk from old Citi, beautiful buildings with sculptures on front, nice just walking around.
Communication with host was good, without problem!
Noisy ladder to upper floor. Sleeping on bed on first floor not easy because of a uneven surface. I think host can improve in this way to get higher rate.
