Central hotel in good location with terrace on the roof with excellent restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some spoke good English. The wifi was good and the shower excellent.
The hotel is not five star as suggested and is expensive for what you get.

Location of the hotel, however the room I was given had the worst view
Although the staff we friendly, they treat you like you are about to rob the place, like a stranger. I understand the situation in Venezuela is tough, but they need to make a better effort on treating people more like people rather than criminals
