Швидке безпроблемне поселення. Нам пощастило запаркувати авто прямо у дворі будинку. Квартира на партері. Якісна постіль на ліжку. Ліжко, до речі, теж комфортне. Кава-чай, цукор в достатній кількості. Дуже оригінальне бачення дизайну у власника квартири. Деякі з антикварних меблів дійсно варті уваги.
Вперше зіткнулась з додатковою кауцією (задатком) при поселенні, про яку дізналась вже після оплати. Деякі елементи інтер'єру потребують ремонту, але на функціонал це не впливає. Не дивлячись на те, що ми приїхали досить пізно, квартира була холодною з вимкненими обігрівачами. Знадобився час, щоб прогріти приміщення. Кухонний куточок в коридорі досить тісний, але має необхідний мінімум недомитого посуду (1 каструля, 2 ложки, 2 виделки і т.д.).

Комфортне помешкання,зручне велике ліжко.
Іноді не було вільних місць для паркування ввечері. До квартири нарікань нема.
