Location and family environment
Heating was somehow weak but that didn't affect us due to the temperatures being warmer.

The location, easy to get to the center , the parking is easy , there is a garden with lemon trees and also a drying machine.
one of the rooms with bathroom have mold, not enough ventaltion, some bad smell

The house is ideally located and within walking distance to the centre of Viseu. The hosts could not have been more helpful. The house has lots of space , is adequately furnished and has a good heating system. Parking directly outside.T I would have no hesitation at recommending this property.
The weather, but one has no control over that.
