very nice, extremely clean, newly built and modern. high quality which can be seen on the construction (walls, tiles, devices, beds/mattreces...) as well as on the equipment. so far best quality we have met. see view as described and a private hot tub. what we were especially amazed from, was the fully equipped kitchen-even more that you would think of (lots of cuttlery sharp! knives, ...) - the only thing we are used to - microvawe oven - was missing, but that is really a peanut. location close to the beach, and yet in a quiet city zone. however, positioned on a hill so you typically climb from the beach, which is only a small price for being beyond noisy streets. drivers will values a private parking place in the shade. permanently available service man in the same building made us feel safe in case of any help

wi-fi does not reach to bedrooms and even in the dining room the signal was not optimal all the time. the apparment is downstairs, while the terrace upstrairs which made us lazy to go and sit outside often. hint - if you sit on the terrace, be prepared for hungry mosquitoes. speaking about the annoying insects - no problem inside due to nets in windows. some minor maintenance should be observed (malfuctioning bulb and similar) - not worth mentioning

The location is great! From the terrace you can see the sea and the Jacuzzi was great to relax in the evening. There is a divider to the neighbors and a roller blind can be lowered in the direction of the parking lot. The outdoor seating area was very good and comfortable. The apartment is very comfortable, nice and well equipped. Two separate rooms each with its own bathroom and also a fully equipped kitchen. It was a really nice stay for us as a family (2 adults + 2 children). We are very satisfied with the accommodation. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach (short steep walk). The hosts were very friendly and kind. We enjoyed the time very much. Thank you very much.

The wifi in the back rooms was not so good, but that did not bother us so much on this vacation.

Amazingly well equipped, beautiful decor, spacious and top quality fixtures & fittings. The host was very friendly. Short(steep) walk to beach & ferries to Trogir/Split. The apartment is down steps and has air conditioning throughout. The outdoor seating area was very good quality & comfortable.

The apartments are quite close together so you can hear neighbours although they were fine. This seems to be the norm in Croatia. The seated area & hot tub are upstairs on hard standing solely for the use of this apartment which is great. They are screened off from the garage/parking area which is a little weird. An additional screen would increase privacy.
