location is amazing

missing hairdryer and iron. iron was brought later.

The location was excellent very close to the beach and lots of restaurants the pool area was lovely and well maintained would highly recommend

We loved the location, everything worked perfectly, great balcony area, air conditioning was in two locations in the apartment and bathroom was perfectly accessible.

Elevator was too small for electric wheelchair. Lacked kitchen utensils, broom was rusted out and a chair broke when my small friend sat on it.

parking, was a nightmare, said wheelchair accessible ? if in a very small Kids wheelchair, could not get mine nor wife's manual wheelchairs in to the lift unless we hobbled into the very small lift, and collapse our wheelchairs, which for my wife (strike & and me a very badly damaged right leg from an RTA very very hard and uncomfortable). WE could just get into bedroom and bathroom, both the double bed not very comfortable, and studio foldout bed which was bent in the middle and very very uncomfortable for my brother and his wife. We.d hired an electric wheelchair for my wife and a sccoter for myself, AGAIN would NOT get into the life ( which the rep who met us SAW first hand, and even worse we could not LEAVE in foyer as no plug sockets to leave and charge. kettle was very small and only able to boil 2 cup full max.
