Super place for a stay at Baltics
Elegant apartment at the super new condominium in the very downtown. Super close to the best restaurants, overview onto the port and 5 min from the railway station. The ground floor has plenty of restaurants, cafes and stores. The very flat is around 35 square meters on the highest floor with a huge terrace and a table for lovely breakfasts. Living room has a big convertible sofa, TV, the kitchen with ALL needed utensils, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, cattle and cups/plates/bowls/glasses. Bedroom has an exit to the terrace, lovely comode, the mirror and very good sound isolation - one cannot hear any neighbor. Bathroom is a big one with a laundry machine, sink, a toilet and walk-in shower - it had everything one needs. The lobby has a wardrobe enough for all the clothes, offerring you an ironing desk, a dryer and an iron. Apartment has also a garage so you do not care about parking, and all is super secure. You also do not have interraction with the owners as you get direct instructions to get to the place so all is super easy and cool.
You can hear trains in the night. Please provide two white blankets instead of one, and the bed is a bit small for two adults.

Pobyt zdecydowanie za krótki. Zakochałam się w Kołobrzegu, to przepiękne miasto.
Przepiękne, czyste mieszkanie ze sporym tarasem, na piątym piętrze nowoczesnego bloku w centrum miasta. Bardzo gustownie urządzone, wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne do życia. Wygodne łóżko, łazienka jest bardzo przestronna i wygodna. W budynku znajduje się winda, więc przewiezienie bagaży z hali garażowej do apartamentu, to czysta przyjemność. Budynek znajduje się przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, ale za to widok z tarasu jest genialny. Do mariny, portu i promenady jest niedaleko, na parterze bloku są kawiarnie, restauracja serwująca jedzenie azjatyckie, w pobliżu jest Biedronka, więc zakupy nie są żadnym problemem. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny.
Po południu świeci w okna słońce, więc podczas upałów może być gorąco. Myślę, że wiatrak będzie nieodzowny.

Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, lokalizacja idealna.. Garaż w ktrym prócz auta zmieszczą się równiez rowery. Super taras z pięknym widokiem. Wyposażenie jak najbardziej w porządku. Polecam.
