The owner Serenella, the manager Andrea, and the caretaker were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. We were treated to so many little gifts and surprises during our stay we felt quite spoilt. The towels at the swimming pool, and the hammock were put out clean every morning.

Bra boende med familj strax utanför Pesaro. En plats för rekreation eller som bas vid utflykter. Poolområdet städades varje dag samt bra service. Vi kommer säkert tillbaka om tillfälle ges framöver.

The villa is on two floors, where the upper apartment is for guests and the lower apartment is for the housekeeper/owner. The villa is immaculate and is very well decorated and equipped with 2 double bedrooms and one single. The living area has a sofa bed (perhaps two), dining area and kitchen.
The grounds are amazing and are kept so well. The pool is beautiful and again, excellently maintained.
We were given pastries every day by the housekeeper which was so generous.
For this location I recommend you have a car - there is ample parking.
I cannot recommend this villa enough - a superb stay with great support.
Nothing - all was excellent.
My only comment was I was nervous having the microwave so close to the gas hob as the heat was making the side of the microwave hot.

Everything about this vacation was fantastic! We requested 2 cots for our toddlers' twins 2 days before arrival and they have been arranged. The manager was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived, he was very kind and welcoming, he gave us a tour, answered all our questions, proposed help with luggage, etc. The villa is even better than you see in the photo. It is very clean and taken care of, both inside and outside. The service is outstanding. Whatever we asked (extra coffee capsules, extra kitchen towels, a little table for kids, etc.) has been provided to us literally within minutes! Every morning we would find all the pool area cleaned and organized after kids left their toys all over the places. Pool towels were changed every day. Our clothes have been washed upon request. There is everything you might need to cook in the kitchen (oil, salt, spices, pans, tableware, etc).
The owner of the place is a wonderful lady. She spoiled us with pastry and sweets that have been delivered to us regularly. It was very kind of her :)
The kids absolutely loved it and we enjoyed our stay a lot!
The place is wonderful, it is elegant and made with love. We will be back for sure! Thank you.
