Our host, Boris, was fantastic! Apartment is beautiful, newly renovated (and done so with great taste) and everything was very clean and fresh. We even got welcome drink and fruit. Boris met us in front of the building, helped us park and showed us to the apartment. He even recommended us some great restaurants and was very helpful in every possible way. Apartment is located in close vicinity to Arena and other attractions in Pula.
If we had to find something to complain about it would be that apartment is on the top floor without elevator, and we had a LOT of luggage. Our host helped us carry it but even so, it was quite the exercise. And one potential area for improvement (at least for us who like to sleep in cool room) is that AC is placed in living room and doesn't really have a clear path to bedroom even though it's adjacent to it, so additional AC in bedroom would be highly recommended (it can still get cooled, it just takes a while).

Location is very convenient, a 5 minute walk to arena. The appartment is cozy. The host Boris is very kind and nice, he left some chocolates and water for us which we promptly took with us, and some wine, which we left for the next guest. ;)
Additional A/C in the bedroom would be a bonus, currently only in the living room/kitchen. Or a standing fan, to blow the air from the living room to the bedroom would also work. Assuming if you stay there for a few days this arrangement would not be a problem, but for only 1 night stay it was hard to cool the bedroom down.

The apartment is clean, modern decor with a remodel, plenty of space, good bed, and excellent location. The host, Boris, was extremely helpful. Helped with our luggage and gave us restaurant suggestions.
Nothing really. It is up several sets of stairs but didn’t dislike it, just need to know it is that way. But again, the host was very helpful with our luggage.
