每天都可以選擇想吃的早餐（早餐店），送餐時間彈性，可配合行程。交通方便，要參加鸞山部落的活動很近，去台東森林公園也很近。

咖啡有果香好喝。主人很客氣，大廳很氣派，可惜沒啥互動。
早餐是外面早餐店的，沒啥大問題，但也沒有"特色"，因為放了一陣子，袋中的水氣，讓漢堡三明治變成糊糊的；房間是頂樓加蓋的，還好冬天不熱，夏天就慘了，但是面東的窗，日出很曬，有個小客廳，浴室超大，沒浴缸有點浪費。
