Good location. Near the beach and the Tops convenience store right in front and a 7-11 store just a few metres to the right. Not too far from the popular food courts and malls. The apartment is furnished quite well and spacious.
The sofa seat is a little sunken. The flatware is incomplete and there is no induction stove but a shallow multicooker. A squeegee for the bathroom would help keep the shower area dry as would an extractor fan for circulation in the bathroom.

Clean. Quiet location
Power plugs seemed to have different power levels. Had to hunt for a plug that gave enough volts to power my laptop. The one used for the TV worked. AC is very cold.

Удачное расположение аппартоментов. Доброжелательный персонал. Хороший светлый номер. Чистое постельное бельё. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Хозяин всегда на связи. На территории есть бассейн. Не большой и не глубокий.Пляж в шаговой доступности, 10 минут не спеша. Море в этом районе глубокое. Рядом 3 продуктовых магазинах, за фруктами пройти около 1 км, цены не высокие. Рядом ,около 7/11 продают тоже, но цены дороже. Кафешки на любой вкус и кошелёк находятся рядом.
У меня нет замечаний.

The host is suberb, she actually called after checkin to check if everything is OK and she arranged additional cleaning and maintenance for not working items after which the stay was OK. Good internet. Mini market and Thai food right in front of condo.
It's a bit worn out and the maintenance could be better.
