Fabulous quiet beach front location , short walk to local shops and some great bars and restaurants - the property itself is a bit tired inside , we had issues with a leaking air con unit , but this was fixed by the agents very quickly , we spent most of the time on the lovely sun deck area or beach. The property also has access to a "Club House" - a double garage stocked with free beach equipment to borrow , including kayaks , which we used for free on the Mar Menor sea.
The wall decor/pictures , furniture and general property is a bit tired and in need of modernisation , and the leaking air con unit flooded our suitcase , but to be fair it was fixed by the Managing agents very quickly - staff was very friendly and helpful is showing us round the property

La ubicación y las vistas desde la terraza y salón son increíbles.
Dispone de todos los utensilios y facilidades para disfrutar unos días.
El trato y la comunicación con la agencia de 10.
El colchón era incómodo pero las almohadas…están para cambiar.

Ubicación, tranquilidad y buenas playas.
Los kayak y tabla de surf que se pueden utilizar gratuitamente.
La segunda habitación desde la entrada no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo no se podía poner porque hace mucho ruido y parece que se va a caer del techo. El garaje estaba muy ordenado pero de las 7 bicicletas que hay no se puede usar ninguna por estar desinfladas o averiadas. Una pena.
