great place, nice and cosy rooms (some with a view to the sea), absolutely great, friendly and helpful staff (found a good solution for me to safely park my road bike for the night). All in all very good value for money and a recommendable place to stay at.
some points others already mentioned are true, but not really a big deal. Yes, the house is old and the staircase tiny, but still doable for normal, non-handicapped people.
Indeed sometimes there's a bad odour from somewhere below into the bathroom sink, but not too strong and only in the bathroom itself. Perhaps that could be fixed in the future.

Location near to beach and public parking right outside.
narrow winding staircase in need of a clean. Door handle broken to bathroom, Wi-Fi not working, poor breakfast.
