La gentilezza e la comunicazione della titolare, la comodità del letto, la posizione.
La struttura è situata su doppio livello di cui il piano terra purtroppo invivibile viste le dimensioni e la disposizione,la cosa più sacrificata è il bagno cieco in cui dopo una doccia l'umidità non va più via, lavabo piccolissimo e assenza di bidet. Noi siamo andati in dicembre, e l'appartamento è un po' umido, considerando la presenza del climatizzatore al solo piano di sopra, il piano terra resta sempre freddo. Il portone principale del palazzo è situato immediatamente accanto alla porta dell'appartamento e ad ogni apertura e chiusura rimbomba nella casa.
