La Torre House

L'appartamento è bello, pulito e comodo. Si trova in buona posizione rispetto al centro di San Quirico, facilmente raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata, ed ha una vista dal terrazzo che è un incanto.

Purtroppo la temperatura esterna elevata ha influenzato il confort ambientale. L'appartamento non è provvisto di condizionatore e la sola presenza di ventilatori non garantisce vivibilità all'appartamento, che si trova in un sottotetto molto caldo. La notte ci ha soccorso con un abbassamento della temperatrura esterna ed arieggiando l'ambiente si è rinfrescato. Il contatto con il gestore è stato piuttosto sbrigativo e si è percepita poca cortesia e disponibilità. Pazienza, va bene comunque, ma è un peccato.

A beautiful location and a lovely, exceptionally clean and well-appointed apartment. Street parking was available just outside the door, and it was an easy walk to the supermaket and into the town centre.

The host did not respond to calls or emails regarding key collection prior to our arrival, so we were a bit worried, but she was there waiting for us.

The unit is even better than in the pictures, especially the balcony and the view. It had everything we needed for a short stay and was very clean. The lack of AC wasn’t a big problem, you can open the windows at night and make a draft. The parking in front the house was available and free, which is very convenient.

The only major downside was the lack of comunication with the owner to organise the check in. The only response to our messages we got was just before the check in time, when we were already doubting if we will be able to stay there. Also the balcony could use a parasol, during the day it’s not possible to sit in the direct sunlight.
