服務人員的從check in 開始就十分友善專業以及耐心。
入房前會有專人特別做簡單的導覽十分有儀式感。
整體體驗都很舒適，是讓人放鬆的地方。
可租借兒童車在走廊玩也很有趣。
大部分都很好唯有餐廳的部分比較不足。裝潢跟菜色如果可以提升會感覺更好；晚餐的自助餐口味比較普通，可能平日房客不多所以當食物被拿完時補菜有點慢。

We liked the pond in the middle and how efficient check-in and check-out were.
The room also has many amenities that make your stay comfortable!
"Didn't like" are strong words - I would suggest that breakfast trays be filled quicker. I guess I understand why it happens on the hour or whatever, but I felt like we were waiting and there was a lot of up and down.
I also understand where the resort is and I imagine the primary demographic might not be tourists. However, I think that there could be slightly more Western food options.

以五星級的飯店來說，真不知該如何評論！
我們入住有私人泳池雙房Vaill 含早餐，
房間乾淨 空間也夠大，房內泳池沒有乾淨；而且，客廳有很重的霉味😓
服務人員：素質優質！！
餐點：下午茶⭐️⭐️⭐️自助餐⭐️⭐️⭐️.宵夜半小時可帶回房吃⭐️🌟.～
我們半退休年齡，住過許多優質飯店，
以一晚3萬多的親子住宿來說，有許多需要加強的地方，很抱歉！對我來說性價值不高。住宿整體⭐️⭐️⭐️+。
(1) 獨立客廳卻沒除濕機，霉味很重！
(2) 租switch 在房內玩要自己裝設備，租一次是三小時，如果隔天還switch 還要付500元租金。
