The studio apartment is located in Bakval Noord, walking distance to the beach, hotels,casinos, restaurants, shops and other atractions. 300 meter from the Marriot Stelaris Hotel & Casino and the Ritz Carlon Hotel. The bus stop of the public transportation is also 300 meters from the Apartment. You have a nice Supermarket 500 meters from the apartment and a small one 100 meters.
The near Beach is Fisherman Huts 400 meters, there you can do kitesurfing windsurfing or any kind of water sports and you have at 1,5 kmts Boca Catalina a paradise for snorkelling, also 2,5 kilometers you have Arashi another cristal turquoise water beach and a good snorkelling spot.
The Pool and Patio area is shared with another 2 apartments.
The cleaning fee you pay is for the cleaning of the property at your check out.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was a life saver! Fernando was very responsive to all of our inquiries.

The room was very minimalist and had the essentials we needed, including a comfortable bed and a shower. Because the space was quite small and only had one large sliding window, lighter-colored bedding and curtains would have helped make the room feel brighter and more open.We also did not have a blanket for the first two nights and only had sheets. After we mentioned it to the host, a blanket was promptly provided, which we appreciated.The shower could use some maintenance, as water was spraying from the bottom during use.One thing to consider is the noise level. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best fit. Every night there seemed to be something making noise until the early morning hours—a cricket near the door (which we could never locate), a rooster, or two cats fighting.The pool is a nice amenity, but we never had the opportunity to use it because a family was using it throughout our stay. While we completely understand that everyone is there to enjoy the facilities, the pool is quite small, so we felt like we would be intruding if we joined them.The biggest positive was the location. The short walk to the beach was definitely the highlight of our stay and made it very convenient to enjoy the area.
