Host was great. Unit had a couple of issues with being a bit tired and lack of hot water, however, host was always attentive and responsive.

We took 3 of our graduating HS seniors for an adventure. They had the time of their life.
The room was perfect. The arrangements were easy. We would stay here again.
The hotel was very amenable, even though we were not their customers. All of the facilities, except for certain activities were available at no charge. 4 different pools and great beach. Two restaurants.
The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.
We felt safe.
Lots to do in PR. We did the Razor ride and the Zip Lines at La Veranos. Amazing. The kids had a great time.
