Paradise Forest Garden

I loved my stay here! The view of the mountains from the infinity pool is incredible, as is watching monkeys from your balcony, but it’s so much more than that. The people who work here are truly kind and wonderful in a way that I’ll remember for a long time. After only 2 days with Cristo and Ashok, it felt like they were looking after me like they would their own family. Cristo even took me sightseeing around town to the temples and a batik shop. Additionally, my room was spacious and clean, the AC cold, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot. Breakfast was delicious, with sausages made on the property, and I opted to have dinner there both nights, which was a treat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If other guests are loud, it may impact your stay. I did not experience any issues with this personally. Also, as others have noted, the road to the hotel is a bumpy dirt road. Just take a tuktuk!

We (three adults) stayed here for a single night on our way west from Trinco. The rooms had air con and a fan and were very clean. The hotel is perched at the end of a gravel road which does need some care but trust me, the view is worth it (our van, although slowly, managed fine). Sitting in a cane chair, with this serene view with your own thoughts, I lost a good hour. The staff were awesome and very attentive. The Chef's meals were the best I'd had (especially the black chicken curry) to date. We asked for a very simple local breakfast and Chef did not disappoint! The history of the bunglow (which I was not aware of when booking) was quite interesting - a colonial/Scottish history. Excellent place! Good breakfast! Perfect stay! Very nice staff 100/10 really enjoyed the time there!
