L'emplacement de l'appartement, proximité de l'allier. La disponibilité de l'hôte quand nous lui avons demandé un ventilateur. Appartement très fonctionnel et tout y est.
Le soleil sur la baie vitrée, je pense qu'il faudra investir dans une climatisation ou un volet pour la baie.

Difficile : lit petit et de mauvaise qualité, bloc de béton qui emmagasine la chaleur l été, voisins bruyants donc fenêtre fermée….dommage !
