Central to everything we needed not having a car made it perfect for holidaying from TAS, 17yo and 15yo absolutely loved every thing about it. Not one complaint from any of us, and to top it of amazing sitting there watching whales pretty much everyday.

Location was great, close to all restaurants and beach. It has a beautiful view.
It is old and dated. Washing machine was dirty and my clothes came out dirty. Dryer front part kept coming off. Could do with update of furniture. Cleanliness could be better in the bathroom. Bed linen needed to be softer,it was very rough and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Great location
Easy to access and good instructions
It could have been a lot cleaner. There were dirty marks on walls and curtains. Many aspects needed a good clean.
Very limited supplies (ie, only two rolls of toilet paper and only 4 towels. No spares of anything)
