Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was well laid out and the shower was great.
The restaurant next door was fantastic too. Also very close to public transport for quick access to city.

Very centrally located. Delightful to have the restaurant on property especially after long days of travel.
Did not dislike, but would have appreciated a small hand towel for the second bath and a mat for the bathroom floor downstairs.

The grounds were so fun with outdoor areas to sit, eat & enjoy a beer/ cocktail. The manager Deene was beyond helpful!

Charming setting in a lovely garden with an excellent restaurant. The hotel portion is set in a historic, well-designed converted barn with very comfortable beds, good showers, and easy access to local transit. The metro is five minutes away and convenient. The hotel borders on a canal so the walk to and from is pleasant and scenic. The staff are helpful and accessible. The restaurant is a huge plus--it's very popular so book on the weekends for lunch and dinner.
Be aware of how busy the restaurant is on the weekend so book ahead. There were no noise issues at all, however, despite the happy families and gatherings. And the food is very good.
