Nice apartment, great location

Lovely apartment, everything we needed as a couple, great location . 30 min walk to Binz via beach or path. Good bus service.

You have to drive to Binz centrum to collect keys before 6pm as Rugen office closes. Then drive to apartment. We were taken to incorrect apartment initially, then staff member vanished. Eventually found apartment. The process needs to be made easier. You then have to return keys to office in Binz on departure day.

Historical building modernly remodeled. Short ways to the beach. RFID cards for parking - no extra costs! Complete kitchen perfect for long stays.

It was too hot inside even with windows opened 24/7. Some areas inside the apartment weren't clean enough. Some areas of the building showed damages - it's only 6 years after remodeling.

Ich persönlich fände außen Jalousien oder Plissees ganz angenehm, das man nicht so rein schauen kann. Wenn man die Vorhänge Tagsüber zu macht ist es leider zu dunkel.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir den Schlüssel vor Ort bekommen hätten. Stattdessen mussten wir bis Binz fahren um den Schlüssel abzuholen

Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.

Die Lage zur Ostsee. Die Schwimmbäder. Die Gastronomie.

Das Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, da es sehr stickig war. Teilweise die Möbelierung. Die Wohnung wurde für 2-4 Personen angeboten. Die Schlafcouch für 2 Personen war schon zum sitzen zu eng. Wie soll man da mit 2 Personen schlafen.. Für zwei Personen war die Couch schon zum Sitzen zu eng. Wie soll man da zu zweit schlafen. Auch die zusätzlichen Sessel waren immer im Weg. Und der Tresen war fast nicht nutzbar, zu hoch.

Zum Strand nur 500m und sauber!!! Küche Top ausgestattet!! In der Nähe Restaurants. Gute Bus und Bahnanbindung!

Leider hatten wir keinen Sitzauflagen, dass war etwas schade. Und die Verdunkelung der Räume, Schlafräume war mir persönlich etwas zu hell. Aber das ist ja Auslegungssache.

Es sollte auch in Prora die Möglichkeit geben, den Wohnungsschlüssel bei Abreise abzugeben, bzw. in einen Schlüsselkasten einzuwerfen. Das erspart einem den extra Weg nach Binz.

Sehr gute Kommunikation, flexibel und Kundenorientiert. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren top.

Ein oder zwei Haken oder Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad könnte man noch gebrauchen aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Wohnung stimmt nicht.

Direkte Strandlage/ Hundestrand 👍

Für den Preis haben wir etwas besseres erwartet. Zimmer waren sehr klein, Standard 👎 Schmutz hinter und auf der Couch. Staub auf dem Kleiderschrank. Lampen auf den Beistelltischen gingen nicht an. Nicht ausreichend Geschirr bzw.ein Sammelsurium von Tassen usw. Trotz ständigen Lüften, sehr warm und ständig 25 Grad , Wohnung kühlte sich einfach nicht ab.

Sehr Strandnah, modern und großzügig.

Viele Spinnen - auch sehr große beim Ankommen in der Wohnung. Vielleicht wären - auch wegen der Mücken - Schutzgitter empfehlenswert.

Es war schön, jederzeit wieder, dann aber nur mit Lademöglichkeit.

Fein und sauber, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Abtreter im Winter an allen Aussentüren wären sehr gut.

Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad fehlen, das war es aber auch schon. Hinweis wo Mülltonnen sind fehlt Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos Mangelware bzw. ob Laden vor Ort möglich ist, könnte dem Urlauber vielleicht auch ohne Anfrage mitgeteilt werden
