quality of fittings
the apartment is part of an animal barn with corresponding smell, insects, etc
moreover, privacy is very limited due to clear glass door overlooking the street from the main area of the apartment

it’s location for cycling. close enough to some great climbs in the Maurienne valley and at the same time easy access to the main roads , but extremely quiet. such a peaceful place with great views
