The location, balcony and decor. The staff were contacted by telephone and WhatsApp were really helpful and pleasant.
The inner entry gate was very difficult to open. I think it needs oiling? The showers both leaked onto the floors making the tiles slippery. The safe first work and although this was reported nobody came to sort it out during the three days we were there.

We loved the area, not too far from the busy areas but nice and quiet with lots of lovely local shops and tapas bars. Ojala just around the corner is a must, as is the bakery just across from it (can't remember the name). Neighbours quiet too. Very secure big apartment with a well stocked kitchen.
Getting access was a bit of a nightmare, but this came down to crossed wires re instructions in the end! Only one set of keys provided which was annoying when doing different things. Main issue was we felt the apartment needed some attention regarding decoration and maintenance. It was a bit `tired' for the price bracket.

locatie was top, vlakbij groot plein met veel restaurant/bars/opstapplaats hop on/hop off bus. appartement was zeer schoon en praktisch ingericht. Top dat het een balkon had waar je s avonds nog lekker een drankje kon doen.
Matras was voor ons aan de harde kant, maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur. En het is een flinke klim met een zwaar koffer, maar zodra je eenmaal boven bent maakt het alles goed.
