Gorgeous little flat in a beautiful, historic area. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked and everything was clean. Glad to have two air conditioning units as temperatures were quite high. Host was in touch. 15 mins drive to town centre, 5 mins walk to beautiful old castle and stunning viewpoint over the sea. The town square was lively on Saturday night but not rowdy. Live music and great aperol spritz!
The shower is a bit erratic and quite a tight squeeze. The power went out on our last night which left us without air con, but unable to let host know as the wifi also went out and there was no phone service! Also, nb EUR 10 tourist charge to be left in cash on leaving, which we were not notified about until the last night. Be careful driving with a bigger car, as only roadside parking is available and spaces are in high demand. The roads are narrow, winding and steep.
