We were supprised at the clean and appetizing look of the flat, on a much higher standard then other holiday flats we stayed in in the past.

Sign post to the house from the road, as it's more set back and not so noticeable untill you find it.

We enjoyed our stay

Easy arrival procedure. There is plenty of living space for 4 people with a large master bed and nice bed linen. A well stocked kitchen with a good sized fridge. The proximity to the coop was a bonus

For the money we spent, I would have expected the chalet to have been cleaned to a higher standard there were cobwebs and a lot of dust around the pipes in the bathroom. The single bathroom is small for 4 people, the shower surround was broken with half a piece missing.

Good

The kitchen is fully equipped . there's a bus stop not far away from the apartment.

The apartment was noisy. we could hear every step from the floor above. Furthermore one of the beds bed-springs were noisy. we never saw or heard from a representative. the apartment is a bit far from the town center

Great family flat

We found this to be a nice appartment to enjoy a weekend in beautiful Arosa. Staff extremely nice and helpful. We’ll go back for sure.

Passable

Location was good, Coop just 5 min walk and train station only 10 min walk.

Very old bathrooms, no shower curtain, weak shower pressure. Cleanliness ok, but definitely not exceptional, for example we found a hair in the kitchen cupboard. The sofa was also very old and we felt like there was hair of a dog/cat on it.

Recommended

Good location. Nice, clean and well equipped modern apartment in old building. Comfy beds. Nice living room with terrace. Close to bus (3 min walk). Parking on site. Ski room by entrance (not locked for night). Very friendly staff - easy to check in even if you arrive at night.

Apartment 3 is in the attic and has some low sealing points (ca. 180 cm) you have to be aware of if you are tall. Ski room has no room for ski boots - you have to keep them inside apartment as it's quite chilly on the staircase. Laundry is extra paid - 0.20 CHF per 11 minutes (coins only).

Arosa is quite small and the location is just at the beginning of the town. Still 5 mins walking from the center.
