The perfect spot!

The apartment is in the perfect location; a huge bonus was a reserved parking spot in the garage next to the apartment building. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby villages and Badalucco itself is a very interesting village with very friendly residents. The stairs are a bit dark and uneven, but one learns (we are 77 and 80 yrs old, and it was not a problem.)

Very good

If you want to get the feeling of real Italian life - this is a wonderful place. The apartment is authentic and the atmosphere is very cozy and tipical italian. The perfect coffee is here, a wonderful surroundings and the sea is 10 min by car. We had a nice stay.

Appartement dans bourg animé bien situé entre mer et campagne.

Communication facile avec Lodovico. Sa maman nous a accueillis aimablement. Appartement confortable dans un bourg animé. Dans l arrière pays mais à 1/2 h de la mer. Commerces sur place, bars, restaurants.

Le parking dédié est tout près mais si vous avez un porte vélo, attention à la descente en sous sol, vous risquez d accrocher. Le lave linge essore mal et pas d étendage à l intérieur.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Appartamento pulito e confortevole in un paesino veramente delizioso con nell' arco di 100 metri bar, ristoranti e un piccolo supermercato. Il proprietario molto disponibile.

Premetto che non è una critica reale perché il problema è marginale e risolvibile sapendolo prima. Sarebbe stato utile qualche asciugamano in più e il sapone per le mani. E, ma questo in realtà è così dapertutto e forse è solo un mio problema, i cuscini doppi per il letto. Magari pure un ventilatore non sarebbe stato male.

Mieszkanie w Badalucco

Badalucco jest na pewno fajnym miejscem na wypoczynek, daleko od zgiełku plaży, w pieknym otoczeniu gór i drzew oliwnych. Niedaleko mieszkania wszystko, czego potrzeba: restauracja, bary, sklepy. W mieszkaniu na plus to, że mimo upału na zewnątrz, mieszkanie się nie nagrzewalo. Mieszkanie bardzo skromnie umeblowane, ale były z grubsza wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Kontakt z wlascicielem dobry. Czystość też ok.

W mieszkaniu spędziliśmy dwa tygodnie i mozemy stwierdzić co następuje: Mieszkanie jest bardzo głośne. Okna z jednej strony wychodzą na główną ulice, która jeżdżą skutery, samochody a nawet ciężarówki. Przy otwartym oknie w mieszkaniu nie tylko jest hałas, ale również dostaje się zapach spalin. Okno w sypialni wychodzi na podworzec, na ktory wychodza równiez okna piekarni z sąsiedniej kamienicy. Piekarz zaczyna pracę o 2 w nocy i włącza wentylatory, ktore hałasują w podworcu. Od 5.30 do piekarni zaczynaja przyjeżdżać klienci różnymi środkami transportu, lubią sobie też głośno porozmawiać. Tak że spanie przy otwartych oknach z którejkolwiek strony nie jest łatwe, trudno jednak w lecie spać przy zamkniętych oknach w mieszkaniu bez klimatyzacji. Mieszkanie jest dość ciemne. Ma to taki plus, że sie nie nagrzewa, natomiast przebywanie w nim nie jest szczegolnie przyjemne. Dodatkowo okiennice w salonie sa zepsute i caly czas sie zamykają, tak ze trudno wpuścić trochę światła. Mieszkanie jest wyposazone naprawde w podstawowe sprzęty. W dniu przyjazdu nie było nawet czym odpalić kuchenki gazowej. Nie bylo rowniez czajnika na wodę (dostarczony potem przez gospodarza), czy suszarki na pranie. W innym komentarzu ktoś napisał, ze w mieszkaniu jest klimat po babci. Otóż tak, jest tam np. babciowy kredens, który po otwarciu ma zapach piwnicy w drewnianym kościele. Nasze zastrzezenia budzil tez piecyk gazowy, ktory działa w taki sposob, do ktorego trzeba sie przyzwyczaic i zaufać, że jednak nie wybuchnie. Generalnie chcialabym podkreslic, ze wiekszosc opinii innych gosci jednak jest pozytywna, wiec moze to z nami jest cos nie tak, nie mniej jednak permanentny halas w mieszkaniu naprawde byl dobijający. Zwracam tez uwage, ze mam swiadomosc, iz wynajelismy mieszkanie w cenie mocno budżetowej i bynajmniej nie oczekiwalismy w nim wanny z jacuzzi.

La estadía estuvo muy bien, Ludovico nos esperó para indicarnos el alojamiento y el garage. Todo como indica el aviso, un apartamento cómodo en un pueblo encantador. Lo recomiendo.

Comodità in un borgo storico

Alloggio confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario per periodi anche lunghi. Parcheggio riservato al coperto a 50mt. Negozi, ristoranti e bar vicini. Il paese é veramente bello, ogni vicolo ha qualcosa di caratteristico, gli abitanti sono cordiali.

Bisogna vestirsi bene d'inverno per gli infissi datati, il riscaldamento si paga a parte, ma con un uso moderato non si spende tanto.

Pulito e accogliente, centrale. Proprietario gentilissimo. Paese caratteristico dell’entroterra, diversi ristoranti in prossimità con specialità gastronomiche locali e non solo. A 15 minuti dal mare.
