Good location. Very well equipped: Nespresso coffee machine. Glasses for wine, for Proseco, cups for coffee, for tea. Microwave oven, ... Lovely.

The space, square metres, is a little too small. The window view. But for 1 man, travelling, perfect weather, daily out. Saving money from the small studio, I could allowed myself to spent more outdoors 😀

Close to the beach, port, supermarket, lots of restaurants. Despite this great location, the apartment was quiet and no noise was heard at night. WiFi connection, bed linen, towels, beach mats and umbrella included in the price are a nice bonus.

It would be good to renew the equipment for the beach (mats, umbrella), on the other hand, it is great that they are available in the apartment.

The location was excellent. Perfect if you enjoy sea swimming. I was up and in the water before breakfast every morning, which was a real joy. There were interesting walks around the area and the station was within walking distance ( if you had no luggage) so I included a day trip to Nice in my holiday.

I was confused by the fact that the nearest station is Saint Raphael rather than Frejus and also had some difficulty finding the place where the keys had to be collected, working out how to get from there to the flat with my heavy backpack and then locating and getting into the flat itself. I would have loved to be met and let in after my journey and to be shown how some of the systems worked. I was really unclear about how the ladder attached to the bed and in fact had a mishap with this on the second night.
