Da recepção (com Chopp, kk), o jantar saboroso, da equipe atenciosa com jeito mineiro, conforto dos quartos ao café da manhã com muita variedade e sabor, tudo perfeito! Infelizmente não utilizei os recursos de spa, pois não tive tempo mas pareciam muito bons. Além do serviço de bristrô do próprio hotel também há outra opção de restaurante (árabe) na frente.
Não depende da acomodação, mas o acesso pode ser bem complicado para quem vem de Brumadinho, não indico para carros baixos. Melhor vir de Belo Horizonte, acesso muito mais tranquilo.

A pousada fica bem localizada em Brumadinho numa rua sem saída, mas de frente para outra pousada e há uma lanchonete de comida árabe na frente, além de ser muito próxima a outros restaurantes da região
O porém foi só a regulagem da temperatura do chuveiro. Apanhei para regular.

O ambiente é tranquilo, próprio para quem quer descansar. A Débora e a Tânia são incríveis, atenciosas e prestativas.
Acho que podem melhorar na qualidade das toalhas de banho e rosto, mas esse é um ponto que não desqualifa o todo. Eu indico e voltaria a me hospedar.
