Belle vue sur la mer, emplacement calme, appartement simple et bien, équipement correct. Accueil sympathique, organisation et échanges claires.
Odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain, en été, l'eau dans la grille d'égout du sol s'évapore, laissant passer les odeurs nauséabondes, il suffit de mettre un peu d'huile de paraffine qui va rester au dessus de l'eau (pas d'autres huiles!) pour réduire l'évaporation de l'eau, idem pour le bidet, s'il est rarement servi, faire couler un peu d'eau dedans régulièrement pour éviter les odeurs! Les prochains vacanciers seront probablement plus ravis. Les avions passent juste au dessus, pas trop gênant mais présents.

La vue de l'appartement est magnifique et la terrasse pour en profiter est un vrai plus. Il est bien situé, à quelques minutes de la plage, bien aménagée, et du parc Marjan pour faire de belles ballades. Le centre est à 15 minutes à pieds environ. La place de parking est bien pratique. L'appartement est confortable, tranquille, il ne manque rien et les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Un bel endroit où séjourner pour découvrir Split et ses environs et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir

der Sonnenschutz war (wohl bedingt durch ein Unwetter) nicht mehr vorhanden und noch nicht erneuert Abhilfe mittels kleinem Sonnenschirm schnell und problemlos
