Breakfast was great. A great diversification of food. Lots of activities to do. Also a great place to just relax. But by far the best part was the staff. They all were amazing.

The staff were all so friendly. We felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived. The pool on site is warm and perfect for children to play and the other pools available were also amazing. The beach area was one of the best we have seen, so clean and beautiful. We did the mangrove and fireflies tour and that was booked from the hotel - really recommend it. My husband played golf at the nearby Laguna and really recommends that too. I enjoyed a massage at the spa - one of the best massages I have had. The food on site was great. Breakfast options were endless.

The rooms are of good size. Clean and comfortable. There are shared facilities.

The swimming pool is small, not many facilities. I had a bad experience checking in. It was peak hour, there were a lot of guests. I expected waiting time, but didn’t expect it took more than 20 minutes for a staff to check us in. I gave the passports to the staff, but was asked again for the passports after 10 minutes. He didn’t know he was keeping them. He spent a lot of time asking his colleagues for confirmation but none of them were able to attend to him. At the end, our whole family waited more than 20 minutes to get our room keys. Same for the check out process. I would think the internal system is not clear, staff not experienced, under staff, and the reception is located at a high traffic area, the counter is too small for staff to move around.
