Very minor points - helpful suggestions. No shampoo conditioner, no milk. That would have been fine if I had known in advance. The adjoining property connecting area the lights were left on by the occupiers, annoying. Maybe should have on a sensor or timer?

Nice location and very quiet. Well set up with all amenities. Excellent WIFI service.
Couple of things: 1. The damper knob on the firebox needs a spot of glue! 2. There was no yellow recycling bin in place outside. 3. Needs some electrical plug outlets adjacent to the table.

The garden was beautiful and a haven for birds. The gate leading down to the river was handy. We enjoyed the wood fire.
We could not get the split system heater to work. Even with it set to 30 degrees and heat mode it was cold. After day three we opened it up and cleaned the filters which were completely blocked. We had heat coming from it after that.

We liked the fire but everything else was very average.
The location of the property was not suitable for my husband and I. The property was very expensive for what it had to offer. I felt Steve the property contact was too eager to point out what we could and couldn’t do rather than ensuring we had a good stay. I think it is over the top to ask guests to remove shoes when on carpeted areas when 90% of the property is carpet.
