Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful grounds. Great breakfast.

Parking was a little cramped but they made it work. Traffic was a bit loud near the street. All other rooms were great.

Good location for a stay the night before a flight, large, comfortable bed, on site parking.

The staff were a little too attentive, hanging around while you ate etc., signs to remember to tip were everywhere which was a little off-putting, breakfast was included but there was no choice about what you were given, fans only (no Aircon).

Nice and clean house

First, this was the best breakfast we had in CR, and the terrace/patio where breakfast is served is beautiful. Staff is friendly and efficient. The room provided the basics for our 2 day stay, including the hottest shower water we experienced in CR!

The ONLY complaint we had is the location of this particular unit, which was directly on the street, a VERY busy and noisy street starting around 4:00am. The windows are not double paned or heavy so they do little to block out noise. It was not possible for us to sleep except about Midnight-4am. The other units on the property are farther away from the street and presumably might not have this issue. But this street side unit should only be rented if you have a very high tolerance for noise at night. We don't. Nowhere in the Booking.com reservation process did we see mention of this unit, and it's noise issue, being what we were booking. We only learned that in an email from the property the day before.
