A clean, safe, well/equipped, convenient, good place of good size, with private parking to stay with.
Use of heating or air conditioning requires extra pay of 3.5 Euro per day. Many local private hosts operate this way, yet it is not stated in the property descriptions. The structure is not very sound-proof. The noise from working heating/cooling system can be pretty high, same as the sounds from the neighboring houses.

Extremely clean and new furnished. Well maintained. The terrasse is a great place to hang out, have breakfast of coffee. We had our peace to rest and enjoy. We received welcome drinks upon arrival, such a nice gesture. The market is just a few meters away from the apartment. We visited the surrounding beaches by car (around 20 km away). The host welcomed us, and we had such a nice friendly chat.
