Die Lage war gut, es war ruhig, die Vermieterin sehr nett. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet.
die Matratzen des Stockbettes waren unbequem (uneben). Es gab keinen Herd in der Kueche, nur Mikrowelle.

Don Oscar es muy servicial, salió a la calle a esperarnos, tenia prendida la calefacción en la pieza. La habitación era sencilla, limpia y abrigada (a pesar del temporal que habia afuera). La ubicación nos permitió hacer todo caminando.

I love the homely "sureño" design of the hostal, it was really inviting, especially arriving late at night. The staff were really patient with our later than expected arrival time and very helpful to us. I would recommend Los Guindos to other travellers visiting Temuco.

Buena atención por parte de la encargada de recepción y muy dispuesta a ayudarnos para una mejor estadía, hasta me cambiaron la habitación por otra mas cómoda. Y antes de mi llegada se contactó conmigo y tenía la habitación temperada.
LLamada de atención para el dueño, tambien hay que invertir en mejorar las instalaciones, no cerraba la puerta del baño, y el lavamanos tambien le hacía falta de mantención o renovación. El mobiliario en general tiene que ser renovado. Tómelo como una oportunidad de mejora. Es su negocio y lo debe cuidar. Debe invertir mas en mejorar.
